The Pack The Pack Horse is a true destination pub located in rural Affetside, just a short drive from both Bolton and Bury town centres.

With a well deserved reputation for fine food the Pack Horse has featured on ITV's Grubs Up food programme as well as being listed as a Manchester Evening News pub of the month.

The pub is also said to be haunted, a claim which is soon to be investigated by the team of Sky TV's Most Haunted programme!
